Made-to-Order Kitchenforest
Always fresh herbs

Unpack. Plant. Pick.

Substrate in. Seeds on top.

Fill the pots with Upgreens growing substrate and spread one seed packet on each.

Top up the water. Add the nutrient fertilizer.

Depending on how mature the plants are, the tank usually lasts 8 to 9 days. The nutrient fertilizer comes perfectly pre-portioned.

Light on. Let it grow.

The artificial sun gives the plants the energy to grow steadily. The first harvest is usually ready after about five weeks. Below 20 °C and above 26 °C, growth slows down.

The kitchen should be the liveliest room in your home.

What other Upgreeners say

5/5

I normally can't keep a plant alive for more than a week. With the Kitchenforest I suddenly feel like an expert..!

I'm rather impatient. It's great that I could just put a basil plant from the supermarket into one of the pots. That's really smart design on the Kitchenforest!

I can't quite explain it, but since the Kitchenforest my kitchen and my cooking somehow feel much more premium. I love it.

Frequently asked questions

Top up the water about once a week and add the pre-portioned nutrient fertilizer every 7 to 10 days.

No. The LED light bar, aka the artificial sun, takes care of that completely. With the Kitchenforest, herbs grow anywhere, even in kitchens without windows.

14.5 cm narrow: fits on any windowsill

49 cm long: fits on any kitchen counter

48 cm tall: fits under any kitchen shelf

No. The Kitchenforest is all about simplicity. Plant, add water, plug in, light on, it grows.

Basilico Genovese and parsley are included to get you started. Beyond that, any herb that grows in soil works: mint, coriander, thyme, oregano, dill. The range of Upgreens seed kits keeps growing, and Upgreens seeds are always GMO-free.

Kitchenforest, coconut substrate, seed kit with Basilico Genovese and parsley (both GMO-free), pre-portioned nutrient fertilizer for six months, USB-C cable and power adapter.

Depending on the herbs and their age, the water tank holds a good week's worth of water, and the substrate holds plenty of moisture too. If you come back after two weeks, the leaves may droop a little, but with a boost of water and nutrient fertilizer the plants are back in full glory within 2 to 3 days.

That's why we give you a 90-day growth guarantee. Even if you've never managed to grow a plant before... with the Kitchenforest it works.

The Kitchenforest is a pre-order: we deliver in the second week of October, from 9 October. Shipping is on us.
